Stonewood Pass Assurance
The Goal Is to Pass — Not to Claim a Refund
Our goal is the same as yours: successfully completing your BCIN exam.
Based on our industry experience, we recommend combining the Video Training + Practice Exams because it gives you both the right knowledge and the opportunity to practise applying it before exam day.
Stonewood Pass Assurance is designed to support serious preparation and give eligible students additional support if an exam attempt does not go as planned.
The refund option is simply an added layer of support after a second eligible unsuccessful attempt — the real goal is to help you prepare properly, build confidence, and pass.
Eligible Products
Stonewood Pass Assurance currently applies only to the following combination:
BCIN House Exam Video Training – Strategy & Key Topics + BCIN House 2024 Practice Exams

Both products must have active access at the same time.

If the products are purchased at different times, eligibility begins only once both products are active.

If either product has already expired before both products are active together, the combination is not eligible.
Student Requirements

Complete the required Video Training
-
Achieve at least 70% on every required Practice Exam, including Module Quizzes and Full-Length Practice Exams

Take the applicable official exam within 1 month of completing the required preparation or within 1 month after your eligible product access expires, whichever applies.

Use the eligible products through your own account as the original purchaser
Stonewood Pass Assurance applies only to the original purchaser of the eligible products and cannot be transferred to or used by another person.
Eligibility will be reviewed before any extension or refund is approved.
How It Works
First Unsuccessful Attempt
If you meet all eligibility requirements and are unsuccessful on your first eligible exam attempt:

You receive 1 additional month of access to both eligible products.

Use the extra time to review the training, repeat practice material, and prepare for your next attempt.
Second Unsuccessful Attempt
If you meet the eligibility requirements again and are unsuccessful on your second eligible exam attempt, you may choose:

Another 1-month extension OR
-
50% Refund: Receive 50% of the pre-tax purchase price paid for the eligible products. Taxes are not included in the refund amount under Stonewood Pass Assurance.
What the Refund Covers
Only eligible Stonewood products are covered under Stonewood Pass Assurance.
How to Request Support
To request support under Stonewood Pass Assurance, email info@stonewoodpartners.ca with reasonable proof that:

You attempted the applicable official exam within the required timeframe, and
-
You were unsuccessful in passing the exam.
Please allow up to 48 hours for Stonewood to review your request and confirm the next step.
This works for both the first-attempt extension and the second-attempt extension/refund.
Important Conditions
Stonewood Pass Assurance:

Applies only to product combinations specifically listed as eligible products

Is available only to the original purchaser

Cannot be transferred to another person

Requires completion of the applicable preparation requirements as written requirements under Student Requirements section

Requires proof of the applicable exam attempt and result
-
Does not apply where eligibility was not established while the required products were active

Does not guarantee a passing exam result
-
Does not reimburse costs outside the eligible Stonewood products
Stonewood reserves the right to verify eligibility and deny a request where the program requirements have not been met or where the information provided cannot reasonably be verified.
